In practical use, by matching the shape of the guiding mechanism with the stator slot, the maintenance device can move normally inside the stator and run in the preset direction. It can repair the gap between the stator and rotor without the need for maintenance personnel to enter the stator, avoiding the risk of falling and causing damage to the generator
In the progress of major projects, the stator of the world's first conventional island steam turbine generator set for the "Linglong One" was successfully lifted into place on the evening of September 14, 2024. Due to the small scope of the site, the lifting operation was difficult. Two cranes were used in parallel to lift the equipment, passing through the maintenance lifting hole and lifting it to the turbine platform. Finally, it was accurately positioned on the generator base, laying a solid foundation for the installation of the subsequent turbine generator unit
On October 16th, the No.1 generator of State Grid Liujiaxia Hydropower Plant in Gansu Province successfully completed the first isolated grid test of a hydroelectric generator in Gansu Province. The experiment lasted for 2 days and rigorously tested the load regulation capability, frequency stability, and fault response speed of the generator by simulating the isolated grid operating environment. All indicators met the expected requirements, effectively verifying the reliability and stability of the generator set under isolated grid conditions
